Found - Brown Labrador Retriever

Brown Labrador Retriever mixed-breed with a camouflage patterned collar and no tags was found wandering around and lost on Frederick Road near Dimitri's Restaurant at approximately 2:00 p.m. today (Sunday, 22 Feb).
