When exactly is the gourmet market opening? Confirmation of the opening date would help me decide on the gift certificate purchase(s).
The Gourmet Market & Restaurant should be open by the end of February.
Most of the staff has been hired.
All of the kitchen equipment is in place, it still needs to be hooked up.
Some finishing touches from the contractor and the interior designer.
There are a couple of final inspections left.
It will have been worth the wait!
