I think this article is great and very true. As a real estate agent I began to see this change a few years ago. The cost of gas has hit it into high gear ( or as high as it can be in this market). Its not worth paying more to drive to work, or sitting in traffic when you could be spending time with your family. Catonsville is a wonderful neighborhood and I too would love to see the downtown more revitalized while keeping it in its historic roots.
